Pricing questions

Worked example: what does one knitting unit pay?

A Tirupur knitting unit on the Unit plan with 4 inspectors and 600 rolls a month pays ₹4,999 + 18 % GST (₹899.82) = ₹5,898.82 a month. Inside Tamil Nadu the GST shows as CGST ₹449.91 + SGST ₹449.91; outside it as IGST. Billed annually it is ₹49,990 + ₹8,998.20 GST = ₹58,988.20. There is no per-roll, per-report or setup charge; a tablet, if you buy one from us, is a one-time quote.

Worked example: what does an exporter with three units pay?

An exporter with 3 units, 15 inspectors, 8 buyer standards and about 3,000 rolls a month fits the Exporter plan: ₹14,999 + 18 % GST (₹2,699.82) = ₹17,698.82 a month, or ₹1,49,990 + ₹26,998.20 GST = ₹1,76,988.20 a year. A fourth unit or a 21st inspector moves the account to custom Group pricing. Rolls, photos, reports and debit notes are not charged per item.

What counts as an inspector?

An inspector is a named login that records inspections. In Fabric Inspection Software, QC heads and merchandisers who only review dashboards and reports are free on every plan. Shared tablets are fine: inspectors switch with a four-digit PIN, so one device can serve a whole shift.

Are there any per-roll charges?

No. Every Fabric Inspection Software plan includes unlimited rolls, photos, roll maps and PDF reports. The only extras are optional hardware (Android tablet, rugged case, Bluetooth label printer), which is quoted separately, and 18 % GST on the subscription. A busy unit inspecting 1,000 rolls a month pays the same as one inspecting 50.

Is there a free trial of the fabric inspection software?

Yes. Fabric Inspection Software includes a 14-day pilot on the Unit or Exporter plan with no card needed. We load your defect master and one buyer limit, train inspectors on the floor or by video, and you inspect real rolls from the first day of the pilot.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly Fabric Inspection Software plans run month to month: cancel from Billing settings and the plan ends at the close of that billing month. Annual plans, which include two months free, are refunded in full if cancelled within 30 days of the first yearly payment.

Do you issue a GST invoice?

Yes. AvanceZone issues a GST invoice with your GSTIN for every Fabric Inspection Software payment, so you can claim input tax credit. All invoices can be downloaded from Billing settings, and prices on this page exclude 18 % GST. The invoice shows the plan, billing period and GST split as CGST plus SGST or IGST.

Which plan suits a garment exporter with several units?

The Exporter plan at ₹14,999 a month suits most exporters: 20 inspectors across 3 units, unlimited buyer standards, auto debit notes to mills and supplier-mill scorecards. Buying houses and groups with more units or suppliers move to the custom Group plan of Fabric Inspection Software.

Inspect the first roll the same day

We load your defect master, buyer limits and report layout, then train your inspectors on the floor in Tirupur, Surat or Ludhiana, or over a video call. 14-day pilot, no card. Plans start at ₹4,999 a month with unlimited rolls, and every result follows the ASTM D5430 4-point rules and your buyer's own limit.
