What happens in the 45 minutes
- 5 min · We load your defect names and one buyer limit on the tablet.
- 15 min · Your inspector inspects a roll by tap, then by voice in Tamil or Hindi if the tablet's speech recognition supports it.
- 10 min · We print the QR label and open the buyer report with the roll map on your phone.
- 10 min · We fail a roll on purpose and show the debit note draft to the mill.
- 5 min · Pricing, pilot and who gets which login.
Three clusters, one demo kit
Each cluster inspects differently. The demo uses your fabric type and your buyers' limits, not a generic sample.
Tirupur, Erode, Karur
Knitted fabric: single jersey, interlock, rib, fleece from dyeing units and knitters. Demos cover holes, needle lines, lycra out, barre and shade band on rolls from your regular mills, with Tamil voice logging and the knitwear limits (20–28) that European kidswear buyers use.
Surat
Polyester, viscose and blended wovens, sarees and dress material. Demos cover oil stains, slubs, missing ends, weft bars and width shortage on wide rolls, with Hindi voice logging and metric (per 100 sq m) buyer limits for Middle East and EU customers.
Ludhiana
Knitwear, woollens, acrylic and sweater panels. Demos cover dropped stitches, press-off, tight and slack courses and shade variation between batches, with Hindi and English voice logging and lot-average rules for US and UK buyers.
What to have ready
- Two or three rolls you would inspect this week anyway, ideally from the mill that gives you the most trouble
- The buyer manual, or just the limit and hole rule you work to today
- The inspector who will use it and the QC head who signs reports
- A spot at a frame or table with a power socket; mobile data or Wi-Fi helps for photos and voice, while tap logging works without it
- Optional: your current Excel sheet, so we can show how the CSV export maps onto it

- A printed QR label on one roll, so the cutting table can try it
- A debit note draft for the failed roll, as a worked example

Not in one of these cities?
We run the same demo over a video call. Open the app link we send in Chrome on your tablet, show us the roll on the video call, and inspect it with us watching. The report, roll map and debit note draft work exactly the same. What do I need ready for the demo?
Two or three rolls you would inspect anyway, one buyer manual or the limit you work to, and the person who signs reports. We bring the tablet, label printer and a printed QR for one roll. The whole visit takes about 45 minutes.
Is the factory demo free?
Yes, in Tirupur, Surat and Ludhiana and the surrounding clusters (Erode, Karur, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad, Amritsar). For other cities we run the same demo over a video call with your rolls on your side.
Can we start a pilot straight after?
Yes. If the demo works for you, we add the app to your tablet's home screen, load your defect master and buyer limit, and the 14-day pilot starts that day. No card is needed.
Do you supply tablets?
Optionally. The kit is an Android tablet, rugged case and label printer, quoted separately. Most units use a ₹10–12k tablet they already own or buy locally; Fabric Inspection Software runs in Chrome on anything with Android 9 or newer.
